The moment you place an order, our system automatically generates a prepaid shipping label and sends it straight to the specific creator. They pack your box at their farm or workshop, and our courier partners collect it the very same or next business day to deliver it straight to your door.

Because we ship directly from the source to keep products fresh and support local businesses, items from different creators will be dispatched from different locations. If you buy a leather wallet from Pretoria and a jar of honey from Potchefstroom, they will arrive in separate boxes, potentially a day or two apart. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

Our creators are committed to a strict next-day collection policy. Once the courier collects your package from the business or workshop, standard economy delivery applies to major metro hubs (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Regional and outlying farm areas may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

No. To ensure absolute safety, product integrity, and reliable delivery through standard courier networks, we strictly sell non-perishable and shelf-stable goods. This includes items like bottled preserves, sauces, dried biltong, leatherwork, and woodwork that can travel safely without refrigeration.
